11/2008 — Webview Eblast Improvements now available…
Pharaoh’s Webview product continues to improve with the specific changes to the Eblast function. You now can attach other documents to these Eblasts, create simplified HTML documents, and modify the Eblast “from” line. The Eblast function is part of InterestView, Webview’s prospect capturing module. In addition, Eblasts can be sent to any IBSWIN prospects, homebuyers, and subcontractors that have a valid Email address.
Especially in this tough homebuilding market, Webview gives you the edge over the competition with better and faster communication with prospects, homeowners, and subcontractors.

Welcome to our new website which was developed by our in-house web development team. Here you will find all the services and areas that were on our previous website, but also you will find information on some of the new services that wer are offering to not only our existing clientele but also as a service to other small businesses. These services include web design, web hosting, and multimedia and video production.

2009/09 — Pharaoh Phacts 4th Quarter
Please download the latest Pharaoh Phacts to get the update for the 4th quarter 2008. The 12.05 release is still the most current version of IBSWIN, but we have been continually adding new features and fixes. As a Software Support client we recommend running the "Update" at least once per quarter. Please contact us for assistance.
Partnership with Builder 1440
Pharaoh is excited to announce its partnership with Builder 1440. As the attached press release states, "Builder 1440 is the leader in providing hosted CRM software functionality for the homebuilding industry". Our goal is to expand Builder 1440’s client base in the Western U.S., while at the same time expanding Pharaoh’s IBSWIN reach to the Eastern U.S. In addition, we hope to work with G1440, Builder 1440’s programming arm, to improve and enhance our overall product offerings.
07/2008 — Pharaoh Phacts 3rd Quarter
The 12.05 release of the IBSWIN software continues to improve. Please make sure your company has updated to this latest software version. The main new improvement is the Management Dashboard that provides your management users a quick snapshot of the key performance indicators in weekly sales, option orders, and customer service for all your active projects. Especially, in today’s challenging market, up-to-date information is the key to survival and success.

06/2008 — IBSWIN expands its market focus
Pharaoh Information Services has expanded its market focus into two (2) other areas that are directly related to our traditional “Production Homebuilder” market. These new markets include:
- Custom Homebuilders
We have created a total solution for custom homebuilders that includes Sage Master Builder, the leading construction software product for small and medium sized homebuilders. In addition, we have created a Web based add-on called MasterView that provides a direct link to homebuyers and subcontractors in similar way that our Webview does for production homebuilders. MasterView provides a direct link to the project and vendor information in MasterBuilder and uses the power of the Internet to improve the daily communication to homebuyers and subcontractors. The initial release of MasterView will be available later in summer 2008. - Service Management
Another related industry that Pharaoh is helping provide solutions is the service contractor market. Rather than actually developing new software and re-inventing the wheel, we are providing assistance to small and medium sized service contract companies find the “right” software solution for their company. We have identified several leading products for this industry and are working with the various software manufacturers and dealers to provide competitive solutions. For small service contractors, especially those using QuickBooks for accounting, we have identified dESCO as a great fit for these types of companies. For medium to larger service management companies that are looking for a complete solution, we provide Sage’s Service Management suite of products as an ideal solution. 03/2008 — Version 12.05 Released!
We are pleased to announce the official 12.05 release of IBSWIN this week. This update is available to all active Software Support clients and we encourage you to perform this update in April. Please review the attached update document and current Pharaoh Phacts for further information on this update; contact our support department to obtain the new password for this update.
On the Webview front, we will be introducing an automated Customer Survey system as part of the ServiceView module in early April. We are extending the 60 day Webview trial opportunity through the end of the 2nd quarter 2008, so check it out.
