Pharaoh has chosen Zetafax as its preferred faxing software to integrate into IBSWIN’s batch faxing module. This module provides individual and bulk faxing direct from the Options Plus and Customer Service modules using fax numbers that already exist in your subcontractor database.
Zetafax also allows you to be able to fax any document from any program on your computer (including Word, Excel, and any report in IBSWIN) using an interface similar to Outlook. Faxes are sent and logged automatically and you also have the ability to schedule faxes to be sent at any time of the day or overnight.
