Advanced Mail Merge Functionality - Training
Learn how to create merge documents and letters in MS Word with your IBSWIN data. You can even merge calculated fields, which is especially useful for purchase agreements.
Mail Merge Document - Service
We can perform the setup required in order for you to use mail merge. E-mail us your documents and one of our staff will perform the setup for you and return the documents, usually within 24 hours.
Export to Excel Using ODBC - Training
Learn how to export any of your IBSWIN data to MS Excel in order to create your own reports or import the data into another application that can red MS Excel files.
Export to Excel Using ODBC - Service
We can export your data to MS Excel if you would like us to, but please note that if you would like to regularly export the same data it would be more cost-effective for us to modify IBSWIN to do so.
Export to MS Outlook - Training
You can export any or all of your prospect, buyer, or subcontractor contact information into MS Outlook in order to create custom mailing lists.
Create Mailing Labels & Print Envelopes - Training
Learn how to create custom mailing labels and print envelopes from your prospect, buyer, and subcontractor information in IBSWIN.
Zetafax - Training
We can show you how to get the most out of Zetafax and IBSWIN; learn how to set up custom fax cover sheets, print logs, perform fax archiving, and more.
Database Review - Service
We can review your IBSWIN database setup and make recommendations on how it can be modified to improve your productivity and ease-of-use.
Database Clean Up - Service
If we found problems during our Database Review Service and you would like us to be more actively involved in helping you resolve any issues, then we can certainly do so. One of our staff will work closely with your department heads to fix things up.

Pharaoh Phacts 4th Quarter

Please download the latest Pharaoh Phacts to get the update for the 4th quarter 2008. The 12.05 release is still the most current version of IBSWIN, but we have been continually adding new features and fixes. As a Software Support client we recommend running the "Update" at least once per quarter. Please contact us for assistance.
Partnership with Builder 1440

Pharaoh is excited to announce its partnership with Builder 1440. As the attached press release states, "Builder 1440 is the leader in providing hosted CRM software functionality for the homebuilding industry". Our goal is to expand Builder 1440’s client base in the Western U.S., while at the same time expanding Pharaoh’s IBSWIN reach to the Eastern U.S. In addition, we hope to work with G1440, Builder 1440’s programming arm, to improve and enhance our overall product offerings.
Version 12.05 Released!

We are pleased to announce the official 12.05 release of IBSWIN this week. This update is available to all active Software Support clients and we encourage you to perform this update in April. Please review the attached update document and current Pharaoh Phacts for further information on this update; contact our support department to obtain the new password for this update.
On the Webview front, we will be introducing an automated Customer Survey system as part of the ServiceView module in early April. We are extending the 60 day Webview trial opportunity through the end of the 2nd quarter 2008, so check it out.
