This page is for updating IBSWIN to our 12.05 release (July 02, 2009 Build). 12.05 makes irreversible changes to the IBSWIN database. You should contact our support department to learn what features are offered in this release and the repercussions of updating.

Version 12.05 Released!

We are pleased to announce the official 12.05 release of IBSWIN this week. This update is available to all active Software Support clients and we encourage you to perform this update in April. Please review the attached update document and current Pharaoh Phacts for further information on this update; contact our support department to obtain the new password for this update.
On the Webview front, we will be introducing an automated Customer Survey system as part of the ServiceView module in early April. We are extending the 60 day Webview trial opportunity through the end of the 2nd quarter 2008, so check it out.
